CIECA and Mongolian National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MNCCI) co-hosted the “20th Joint Meeting between CIECA and MNCCI” at the Taipei International Convention Center (TICC) on March 20. The Meeting was co-chaired by Ms. Carol Cheng, Chief Operating Officer of Taiwan Research-based Biopharmaceutical Manufacturers Association (TRPMA) & Board Member of CIECA and Mr. Uuganbayar Bat-Ochir, CEO, Uvurkhangai Province Branch of Mongolian National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MNCCI). H.E. Bill Keh-Ming Chen, Ambassador on Home Assignment, Department of International Cooperation and Economic Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Mr. Tumurbaatar Gankhuyag, Representative of Ulaanbaatar Trade and Economic Representative Office in Taipei were invited to be the guest speakers.
The Meeting focused on “Medicine/Medical Device,” “Food Processing,” “Tourism,” and “Building Materials.” Both sides exchanged views by enterprises and experts from Taiwan and Mongolia. A total of 53 Taiwanese companies and 20 Mongolian companies participated in this event. After the meeting, B2B were held at TICC. The exchanges and interactions in the Meeting were lively. Business opportunities are promising.
