The 37th CACCI Conference Held in Kathmandu, Nepal

The “37th CACCI Conference” was held in Kathmandu, Nepal from November 6 to 7, 2023. The Conference was organized by the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI). The theme of the conference is “Chambers of Commerce--Helping Businesses Get SET for the Future.” A total of about 400 representatives from 25 countries attended the said conference, among whom 13 representatives are from Taiwan. The important members included Mr. Allen John Ku, Director of Startup Island Taiwan; Mr. Sam Shen, Global Business Director of Taiwan Smart City Solutions Alliance; and Mr. James Shi Chu, Secretary General of Chinese National Association of Industry and Commerce (CNAIC), Taiwan. Director Allen John Ku and Secretary General James Shi Chu served as speakers and respectively made a presentation on the topic of “Entrepreneurship: Driver for Regional Economic Growth” and “Trade: Helping Businesses Become Global Trade Players.” Topics were discussed at this conference including “Sustainability: Developing Clean and Renewable Energy for a Greener World” and “CEO Forum: Development Challenges and Opportunities in the Asia-Pacific Region.”
