Nigerian Association of Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture Visited CIECA

Mr. Sola Obadimu, Director General, Nigerian Association of Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (NACCIMA) and Ms. Omotayo Olawum Adeola, Honourable Commissioner of Ministry of Trade and Investment, Ekiti State Governmen paid a courtesy call on CIECA and was received by Mr. Jeff Sun, Vice Chairman of CIECA on November 6, 2023. The atmosphere of the meeting was warm. The two sides discussed economic and trade issues and exchanged views extensively on cooperation between Taiwan and Nigeria. CIECA and NACCIMA have held three bilateral meetings in the past. In the second and third meetings, CIECA organized a delegation visiting Nigeria. CIECA wishes NACCIMA can organize in the near future a delegation to visit Taiwan for holding a conference to discuss the topic of Taiwan- Nigeria industries cooperation. Director General Obadimu said that he was happy to see the resumption of the bilateral meeting between CIECA and NACCIMA. After the meeting, CIECA Vice Chairman Sun held a welcome dinner for the Nigerian delegation at Jiang Nanchun on the third floor of the Howard Plaza Hotel in Taipei in furtherance of interactions between the two associations on November 7, 2023.
