The 28th Assembly of Chinese Professional Management Association Held the 3rd Extraordinary General Meeting

The 3rd Extraordinary General Meeting of the 28th Assembly of the Chinese Professional Management Association was held on February 20, 2024. Chairman Luo Daxian welcomed everyone attending the New Year Greetings Ceremony and wished all attendees a happy New Year with peace and prosperity! “The 3rd Extraordinary General Meeting of the 28th Assembly was held to discuss amendment to the Charter of the Association in response to the government requirement,” Chairman Luo furthered. Then Secretary-General Xu Jisheng said that the main purpose of this extraordinary general meeting was to invite members of the association to amend the articles of association’s Charter and adopt resolutions to approve them. Since the association had applied to the Taipei District Court for a legal person registration change, it was suggested by the Taipei District Court and the Ministry of the Interior that the association's articles should be accordingly revised. To ensure the legitimacy of the association, the articles of association, thus, had to be amended as soon as possible. The participants had full discussion on the amendments and afterward approved them unanimously.

The 3rd Extraordinary General Meeting of the 28th Assembly of the Chinese Professional Management Association was held on February 20, 2024. Secretary-General Xu Jisheng reported on the key amendments of the Association’s Charter.
