CIECA Visited Office of Trade Negotiations, Executive Yuan And Held a Preparatory Meeting for Organizing the 2024 Taiwan Economic and Business Cooperation Mission to Mexico, Guatemala, and Belize

In order to organize the “2024 Taiwan Economic and Business Cooperation Mission to Mexico, Guatemala, and Belize,” Mr. Mike Hung, Vice Chairman of CIECA led colleagues from the Latin American Department visited on August 19, 2024 with Ms. Yang Jen-Ni, Trade Representative, Office of Trade Negotiations, Executive Yuan to ex-change views on the plan of the said visit for the purpose of gaining in-formation about industrial development in central America and enhancing the visit effectiveness of the said mission. On August 20, 2024, CIECA held a preparatory meeting chaired by Mr. Mike Hung, Vice Chairman of CIECA at the conference room. Mr. Hsu Ming-Sung, Assistant Trade Representative of Office of Trade Negotiations, Executive Yuan and Mr. Frank Wu, Secretary General of CIECA were invited to deliver encouraging messages. During the meeting, CIECA introduced the tentative itinerary of the 2024 Taiwan Economic and Business Cooperation Mission to Mexico, Guatemala, and Belize, and invited travel agency to share some tips for traveling safety in those three countries. After the meeting, members of the delegation interacted with each other pleasantly.
