On July 21, 2026, Mr. Joseph Lyu, Chairman of CIECA, attended the Belgian National Day Reception held at the residence of the Director of the Belgian Office, Taipei. Chairman Lyu joined Mr. Matthieu Branders, Director of the Belgian Office, Taipei, and Mr. Cédric Schampers, Deputy Director, to celebrate this joyous occasion.
