On the evening of July 27, 2026, Mr. Joseph Lyu, Chairman of CIECA, hosted a banquet for Mr. Mark Duval, President & CEO of the Greater Austin Asian Chamber of Commerce (GAACC), and Mr. Andy Lee, CEO of ucfunnel, an AI-powered marketing company. Mr. Frank Wu, Secretary General of CIECA and Ms. Lun-Chia Chang, Executive Secretary to Chairman of CIECA, also attended the banquet. The two sides discussed economic and trade cooperation between Taiwan and Texas, aiming to expand collaboration in the industrial sectors of semiconductors, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and advanced manufacturing, thereby strengthening the connection between Taiwan and the US technology ecosystem.
