CIECA Attended the Poland-Taiwan Chamber of Industry and Commerce (PTCIC) Networking Dinner

On May 18, 2026, CIECA attended the Poland-Taiwan Chamber of Industry and Commerce (PTCIC) Networking Dinner at the Regent Taipei. The event was hosted by Mr. Michael Chiu, Co-founder of the PTCIC and Vice Chairman of the Hocheng Corporation (HCG). The guest of honor at the dinner party was Mr. Michał Jaros, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Economic Development and Technology of Poland. Ms. Cynthia Kiang, Deputy Minister of Economic Affairs of Taiwan was invited to deliver remarks. Over 25 representatives from government, industry, and research sectors of both sides participated in the event. The friendly and harmonious interactions reflected the increasingly close cooperative relationship between Taiwan and Poland. Distinguished guests from the Polish side included Mr. Janusz Bilski, Representative of the Polish Office in Taipei; Mr. Artur Osuchowski, Chairman of the Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIH); and Mr. Lukas Lanksi, Chief Representative of the Polish Investment and Trade Agency, Taipei Office. Mr. Cyryl Kozaczewski, the former Polish Representative to Taiwan, also attended the dinner as a corporate representative. Distinguished guests from the Taiwanese side included Ms. Pei-Li Chen, Deputy Director General of the International Trade Administration (TITA); Ms. Jennifer Chuang, President of Aerospace Industrial Development Corporation (AIDC); Mr. Jack Cheng, CEO of M-mobility; Mr. Benjamin Liao, Chairman of Forte Hotel Group; Dr. Yu-Liang Chung, General Director of the International Strategy Center at ITRI; Mr. Tony Hsu, Secretary General of the Taiwan Defense Industry Development Association (TW-DIDA); Mr. Safon Liu, Director of the International Affairs Department at TEEMA; and Mr. Jimmy Lee, Government Liaison Director of the European Chamber of Commerce Taiwan (ECCT).
