CIECA Chairman Lyu Visited with Dean Burn J. Lin of the College of Semiconductor Research, National Tsing Hua University

On the afternoon of April 24, CIECA Chairman Mr. Joseph Lyu visited Dean Burn J. Lin of the College of Semiconductor Research at National Tsing Hua University. Dean Lin is a renowned semiconductor expert, an Academician of Academia Sinica, and former Vice President of R&D at TSMC. During the meeting, both sides engaged in in-depth discussions on the development of Taiwan’s semiconductor education and the cultivation of international semiconductor talent. They also explored potential inter-institutional collaboration within Taiwan, including resources sharing and joint efforts to enhance the effectiveness of talent development.
