On the afternoon of April 8, CIECA Chairman Joseph Lyu, accompanied by Secretary General Frank Wu, received President Chih-Peng Lee and Secretary-General Ching-Nan Lee of National Sun Yat-sen University.
During the meeting, both sides engaged in in-depth discussions on the internationalization of Taiwan’s talent cultivation. Chairman Lyu raised the possibility of developing reciprocal academic programs with Irish universities, including on the courses related to aircraft leasing and fintech development.
President Lee expressed his appreciation for Chairman Lyu’s suggestions and welcomed further international academic exchanges to benefit the students of National Sun Yat-sen University.
Beyond that, both sides exchanged views extensively on university administration and management as well as related topics.
