On March 18, 2026, Mr. Joseph Lyu, Chairman of CIECA, Taiwan, hosted a luncheon for Dr. Mitchell Silk, U.S. former Assistant Secretary of the Treasury for International Markets. During the luncheon, they both exchanged views on the future economic and industrial prospects of Taiwan and the United States in the context of current international situation, and discussed the status of ART (Agreement on Reciprocal Trade) signed by major countries with the United States.
