The 2nd Membership Assembly of the 7th Term of CIECA was held at Shangri-La Ballroom of Shangri-La Far Eastern Hotel, Taipei on November 26, 2025. The Meeting was honored to have Dr. Lin Chia-Lung, Foreign Minister of the Republic of China (Taiwan), and Mr. William Liu, Director General of the International Trade Administration of the Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA), to deliver remarks. Mr. Shih-Lun Tsao, Global Marketing Director and President of Taiwan Region of the Semiconductor Industry Association (SIA), was invited to give a keynote speech on “The New Global Landscape of Taiwan's Semiconductor Industry.”

Members of CIECA enthusiastically attended the 2nd Membership Assembly of the 7th Term of the Organization on November 26, 2025. The meeting went smoothly and successfully.

Mr. Frank Wu, Secretary General of CIECA made a presentation on CIECA’s work of this year at the 2nd Membership Meeting of the 7th Term on November 26, 2025.

Mr. Terry Tsao, Global CMO & President of Taiwan, SEMI, delivered a keynote speech on “The New Global Landscape of Taiwan's Semiconductor Industry.”
