Chairman Joseph Jye-Cherng Lyu of CIECA is scheduled to visit Japan this October to call on Mr. IMAI Seiji, Chairman of the Board (取締役会長) of Mizuho Financial Group. In anticipation of this visit, Mr. ONISHI Takehito, General Manager (支店長) of Mizuho Bank, Ltd., Taipei Branch along with his colleagues, paid a courtesy call on Chairman Lyu on July 25, 2025.
