CIECA Attended the Year-End Reception Held by the Hungarian Trade Office in Taipei on November 25

Mr. Frank Wu, Secretary General of CIECA and his colleagues were invited to attend the “Year-End Reception of Hungarian Trade Office in Taipei” on November 25, 2024. Many other dignitaries as well as foreign ambassadors and representatives in Taiwan were present in that event. “Both Hungary and Taiwan are economies open to the world; innovation and talent cultivation are the common keys to the development of Taiwan and Hungary,” said in Chinese by Mr. Gergely Kádár, Representative of the Hungarian Trade Office in Taipei. He further mentioned that in terms of innovation, the office had facilitated a Hungarian smart city delegation and a high-end medical equipment delegation to visit Taiwan this year, and also help the Hungarian team to the finals of the “Go Green with Taiwan Global Recruitment Campaign; as for talent cultivation, the office had provided and extended the Hungarian National Scholarship (Stipendium Hungaricum) project for 5 years.
