The 5th Joint Meeting of Taiwan-Turkey Business Council was held on May 6, 2014 in Taipei. The meeting was co-chaired by Mr. Jimmy Ou, Acting Chairman of Taiwan-Turkey Business Council and Vice Chairman of Taiwan Electrical and Electronic Manufacturers’ Association (TEEMA), and Mr. Yavuz Onay, Chairman of Turkey-Taiwan Business Council, Foreign Economic Relations Board (DEIK). A total of 83 participants from Taiwan and Turkey attended the meeting.
Ms. Cynthia Kiang, Deputy Director General, Bureau of Foreign Trade, Ministry of Economic Affairs; Mr. İsmet Erikan, Representative, Turkey Trade Office in Taipei; Mr. Fatih Kemal Ebiçlioğlu, Chairman, Electrical Electronics and Services Exporters’ Association; were invited to make greeting remarks.
