The 38th Joint Conference of ROC-Korea and Korea-Taiwan Business Councils

The 38th Joint Conference of ROC-Korea and Korea-Taiwan Business Councils was held on October 23, 2013 in Seoul, Korea. The Meeting was co-chaired by Mr. Kwangjoo Choi, Chairman, Korea-Taiwan Business Council, FKI and Dr. Chih-Kang Wang, concurrently Chairman of ROC-Korea Business Council, CIECA and TAITRA. More than 80 participants from Taiwan and Korea attended the meeting. Mr. Kyunghwan Toh, Director General of Trade Cooperation Bureau, Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy (MOTIE), Korea and Amb. Benjamin Liang, Representative, Taipei Mission in Korea were invited to give special address as guest of honor. The Plenary Session discussed 3 topics: Creative Economy & New Business Opportunities in Korea, Lessons from Taiwan’s Experience Nurturing SMEs, and Cooperation in Service & Cultural Content Industry.
