The 20th Joint Business Council Meeting between VCCI and CIECA

The 20th Joint Business Council Meeting between VCCI and CIECA was held on October 15, 2013 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The meeting was co-chaired by Mr. Arthur Ting, Board Director and Vice Chairman of Vietnam Committee of Chinese International Economic Cooperation Association (CIECA), and Mr. Hoang Van Dung, First Executive Vice President of Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI). A total of 90 participants from Taiwan and Vietnam attended the meeting. Mr. C. Y. Wang, Chairman of CIECA, and Mr. Chih-Peng Huang, Representative of Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Hanoi, Vietnam, were invited to make greetings at the opening ceremony.
Several topics were discussed at the plenary session, namely, “Investment Environment of Danang,” “Investment Projects in Vietnam by Central Trading & Development Corporation (CT&D),” “Investment Experiences Sharing in Vietnam.”
