The supreme authority of the CIECA is vested in the General Assembly of all members. Under the General Assembly is the Board of Directors composed of 33 Directors, 11 of whom are Executive Directors. There are nine Supervisors, one of whom is an Executive Board Supervisor. Our Chairman of the Board is Dr. Jeffrey L. S. Koo. The three Vice-Chairmen are: Mr. Chung-yu Wang, Mr. Theodore M. H. Huang and Mr. Nelson An-ping Chang. Mr. Chih-kang Wang is the Executive Board Supervisor.

At present, the CIECA has set up two standing committees. The Executive Committee is a task force set up to provide information and service for members and enterprises. The Bilateral Economic Cooperation Committee, which consists of CIECA members or prominent business leaders well experienced in international affairs, presides over bilateral economic cooperation conferences and relevant activities with counterparts in foreign countries.
 
 
The Secretary General manages the day-to-day operation of the CIECA. Under him are two Deputy Secretaries General, who exercise supervision over the International Affairs Department, the Business Department, and the Administration Department.
