The supreme authority of the CIECA is vested in the General Assembly of all members. Under the General Assembly is the Board of Directors composed of 33 Directors, 11 of whom are Executive Directors. There are nine Supervisors, one of whom is an Executive Board Supervisor. Mr. Chung-yu Wang is currently the Chairman. Mr. Nelson An-ping Chang, Mr. Theodore M. H. Huang and Dr. Han-Sun Chien are Vice Chairmen while Mr. David J. C. Chung is the Executive Board Supervisor.
At present, the CIECA has set up two standing committees. The Executive Committee is a task force set up to provide information and service for members and enterprises. The Bilateral Economic Cooperation Committee, which consists of CIECA members or prominent business leaders well experienced in international affairs, presides over bilateral economic cooperation conferences and relevant activities with counterparts in foreign countries.
