The CIECA maintains cooperative relations with trade organizations and chambers of industry and commerce in countries covering Europe, North America, Latin America, Oceania, Asia, Middle East and Africa.

Its goal is to promote bilateral trade, foreign investments, strategic alliance, technology transfers, and substantive relations through the following means:

  2. Exchange of trade missions
  3. Fact-finding and feasibility studies
  4. Bilateral economic cooperation conferences
  5. Conclusion of economic cooperation agreements
  6. Seminars on international trade, investment, strategic alliance, industrial trend and economic development, and international economic trends
